Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:
½ cup chia seeds, can be ground or whole
1 cup any plant-based milk or organic, whole cow's milk
½ teas cinnamon
½ teas cardamom powder
3 drops liquid stevia or 1 teas. honey, maple syrup or molasses
Optional: enjoy with raisins, berries, nuts and other seeds
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and stir the mixture periodically for 5-10 minutes, scraping the seeds from the side of the bowl. Can be refrigerated or eaten immediately.
