Rooting for these Roots

Celeriac is packed with vitamin B5, B6, C, E and K, as well as soluble and insoluble fiber! A nutritional powerhouse. Peel away the skin and roots and grate it onto salads or cut it up for celery remoulade (recipe to follow). Look online for celeriac soups, too. Not the prettiest of roots, but don't let that dissuade you!
