Breakfast Seed Pudding

Ingredients:
¼ cup ground chia seeds
¼ cup ground flax seeds
¼ pumpkin seeds
¼ cup almond meal
1 cup flax, hemp, almond, coconut, almond or organic cow’s milk
5 drops of your favorite liquid stevia flavor or monk fruit
¼ teas. Himalayan sea salt
1 teas. ghee
¼ - 1/2 teas. cinnamon, nutmeg or cardamom or all three
Optional: 1 tbsp. of raisins, craisins, walnuts, candied ginger, cut up figs or dates, and/or sunflower seeds
Directions:
Heat the milk in a small saucepan. Meanwhile, grind the seeds and pour them into a bowl. Add the other ingredients to the ground seeds. When the milk is almost boiling, slowly pour it into the seed mixture, stirring thoroughly to ensure that there are no clumps of seeds and it’s smooth. Add ghee and sprinkle on the cinnamon, nutmeg, or cardamon. Makes one generous serving. Serve warm.
