Walnut Pesto

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup organic, raw, walnut halves

  • ½ cup organic basil (or just parsley, kale or spinach)

  • ½ cup organic parsley

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil

  • Himalayan sea salt to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
